In May 2004 Synseal added an in-house injection moulding facility. Today Synseal manufactures 340 components by injection moulding giving customers a complete conservatory roof made from the same compound to give a perfect colour match.
Taking injection moulding in house also provides another significant benefit - quality consistency. Every component is pressed from the same Synseal compound, to the same colour, from the same machines - not from a variety of different suppliers, using different machines and materials dotted all over the country.
