All PVC-U conservatory components are manufactured by Synseal not by a variety of trade extruders around the UK.

Synseal was the first systems company to create and manufacture a system specific roof. The result is a COMPLETE CONSERVATORY system. Global conservatory roofing system is designed to be installed onto any PVC-U window profile and shares many of the features of the Shield system. Global now boasts the 'Synerjy Trim Pack', a range of PVC-U internal trims designed to co-ordinate perfectly with the Synerjy window and door system.

In May 2004 Synseal added an in-house injection moulding facility. Today Synseal manufactures 340 components by injection moulding giving customers a complete conservatory roof made from the same compound to give a perfect colour match.

Taking injection moulding in house also provides another significant benefit – quality consistency. Every component is pressed from the same Synseal compound, to the same colour, from the same machines – not from a variety of different suppliers, using different machines and materials dotted all over the country. So when customers order any component from Synseal they can guarantee the quality.
