People often say that when you buy you can choose any one or two from quality, price and service, but you cant have all three. Its a neat way of highlighting the apparent conflicts and tradeoffs most manufacturers face when they decide where to put their effort.
The market is tough for conservatory installers. Homeowners have high expectations and when theyve made a decision they want their conservatory as quickly as possible. Installers need to be able to source and install quicker than their rivals.

"Sales order processing, IT and manufacturing management systems have been made even more efficient. And weve invested in highly productive state of the art manufacturing equipment. Now our customers can have a roof from order to delivery in three days. Just to make the point, well be sending out postcards to our customers to let them know about our new service. The first postcard will be delivered on Tuesday and the second will arrive on Friday. If an order is placed when the first postcard arrives by the time the second one arrives the roof will be delivered too!"
