In just two years Pineapple Systems has fabricated 1,000 Global conservatory roofs. Directors Andrew Jones and Peter Mealor put their continued success of Pineapple Systems down to saving customers time and money.
"Everything we do is aimed at making our roof faster to install," says Andrew. "Time is money to customers, which is why our attention to detail in the factory makes a big difference to the time it takes to install a roof on site. Little things in the factory make a difference to installers. For example we ensure all the box gutter connections are ready to accept gutters having been silicone sealed, foiled then heated and finally over sealed with a liquid bitumen. We cut everything to size including the lead for the ridge flashing.
"We take the hard work out of roofs. Thats why our customers keep coming back. We know that Global is the best selling roof because its designed to be easy to install. Thats why we wouldnt entertain any other roof system.
"It's a tough market for many conservatory installers so we know that anything to make their jobs easier really helps. And we continue to increase sales. In fact we had our best week ever in February 2009! We'll continue to fabricate the best roofs for customers and keep growing sales."
