Don Porter has joined Synseal as Transport Manager. Don has fifteen years of experience in warehousing, logistic and transport. During this time he's worked for a well-known logistics company who have been very customer focused. He also has his HGV licence so he fully understands the role of the HGV driver.
Don says: "When I came to Synseal they already had a good track record for getting deliveries right first time. But there are always ways to get a better service for customers. It's not what you do well you should look at; it's what you could do better. And thats what the transport team is doing. We all share the same philosophy that the customer is number one.
"The base I started from is good, but we can get it even better. Im looking forward to working at Synseal to give customers a first class delivery service."
